Learn more about the Dance Building

The Dance Building combines inspiring architecture with thoughtfully designed, state-of-the-art facilities to support artistic exploration, collaboration, and innovation. Located in the beautifully renovated former UI Museum of Art, the building features five spacious dance studios, abundant natural light, integrated projection and multimedia technology, and a digital projects lab.

With accessibility and community in mind, the facility also includes student lounges, warm-up areas, and a faculty and graduate student office suite. Situated alongside the Theatre Building and across the street from Art Building West and the Visual Arts Building, the Dance Building places students at the heart of the university's vibrant arts campus.
